ALBANY, NY – Jennifer Rand, Regional Director – Capital District at 百家乐软件 Construction Co., Inc., was recently named to the Albany Business Review’s 2024 Power 50 List.

In its annual recognition, the Albany Business Review selects 50 influential individuals who play significant roles in shaping the region and pushing initiatives and ideas forward. This year’s list honors women who are leading businesses and making critical decisions for some of the region’s most prominent companies and organizations.

Born and raised in the Capital Region, Rand joined 百家乐软件 nearly 20 years ago as an intern, and in 2013, she transferred to the Albany office. Since returning to the region, she has helped drive significant growth for 百家乐软件 in Upstate New York, with a proven track record of leading complex projects ranging from fast-track renovations to large, challenging projects throughout the area. In 2023, Rand was promoted to Regional Director and currently leads day-to-day operations, business development and strategic growth efforts for 百家乐软件’s Albany office.

In addition to her operational and project excellence, Rand actively works to empower young women in the construction industry and leads 百家乐软件’s community outreach and involvement efforts. She is also involved in the ACE Mentor Program, an award-winning organization designed to attract students to architecture, construction and engineering careers to create a more equitable and diverse industry.

She was previously recognized by the Albany Business Review in 2023 as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
